Itinerary
Pick-up from Hotel (8:30 AM):
Your professional Egyptologist guide will pick you up in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
Stop 1 – National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC):
Begin your journey at the NMEC, home to the famous Royal Mummies Hall. Explore exhibits covering Egypt’s history from prehistoric times to modern day. Walk through halls showcasing daily life, crafts, and the evolution of civilization.
Stop 2 – Citadel of Saladin & Mosque of Muhammad Ali:
Continue to the majestic Citadel of Saladin, overlooking the city from Mokattam Hill. Inside, visit the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, also known as the Alabaster Mosque, with its Ottoman architecture and breathtaking domes.

Stop 3 – Lunch (1:00 PM):
Enjoy a delicious Egyptian lunch at a local restaurant. Snacks and bottled water are available throughout the tour.
Stop 4 – Old Cairo (Coptic Quarter):
Walk through the historic district of Old Cairo, home to sacred religious sites including:
The Hanging Church (El Muallaqa)
St. Sergius and Bacchus Church (Abu Serga) – believed to have sheltered the Holy Family
Ben Ezra Synagogue
Optional: visit the Coptic Museum for its priceless Christian artifacts.
Drop-off (4:30 PM):
Return to your hotel after an enriching cultural experience.
